We are seeking a highly experienced Sourcing Manager with a strong background in the electrical and electronics manufacturing industry. The incumbent will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of high-quality components and materials.

Our facility integrates electrical, mechanical, electronics, and software engineering verticals covering design, manufacturing, product management, and sourcing under one roof.

Job Title: Sourcing Manager- Electrical

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Qualification: BE/ BTech (Electrical/Electronics preferred)

Location: Rewari (Upto 50 KMs from Gurugram)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for electronic components, electrical parts, and mechanical assemblies
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability
- Lead cost negotiations and long-term supplier agreements
- Collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality teams to meet technical and commercial requirements
- Monitor market trends, supply risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Drive supplier development and performance improvement initiatives

Core Expertise Required

- Strong understanding of electronic components, PCBs, wiring harnesses, transformers, and other key electrical/electromechanical parts,



including:
- Transformers (control, instrument, impulse & resonant type)
- Capacitors, resistors & HV divider resistors
- Bushings, insulators & HV connectors
- Switchgear components, relays & circuit breakers
- Wiring harnesses, cables & cable accessories
- Control panels, control cabinets & enclosures
- Sensors, current/voltage measuring devices & meters
- Power supplies, connectors & terminal blocks
- Calibration & precision measurement sub-assemblies
- Proven track record in supplier management and global sourcing
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, ERP systems, and cost analysis
- Hands-on experience in contract negotiation and vendor development
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on new product development and design optimization
