Job Title: Sourcing / Supply Chain Engineer
Position Type: Off Roll (Ciel HR Payroll - 12 Months Renewable Contract)

Education: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical)

Execute material purchase process to ensure timely availability of materials
- On time Purchase Order release -PO acknowledgement from supplier
-Payment term finalization
-Logisctics preparation with imports basic knowledge
-On time delivery of material
-On time MRA/GRN clearance
-Basic of Project costing and accounting knowhow
-Third party inspection knowledge
-Annual Rate Contract for bought out with standardization
Experienced in sourcing & procurement of Iron Casting, Investment casting & Aluminium Casting along with Motors-VFD purchase experience will be added advantage Coordinate with engineering, Project Management,
application for project scope specification evaluation, vendor identification, technical offer evaluation, approval, commercial negotiation and finalization.
Project Negotiation and opportunity Identification for Margin Improvement
Monthly monitoring of KPI, preparation of Root Cause and it's action plan for improvement
Engineering Project Procurement/Sourcing :
-Reasourceful-Should be able to find the right source for various parts
-Cost Comparison and Negotiations : Should be able to do the cost comparison and negotiate right cost with cost break down model and risk cycle
-Project Management tool : Know how of Project Management procedure and it's importance of implementationManufacturing,
Inspection and testing know how :
-Basic awareness of Third Party testing, product performance requirement, warranty clause understanding
Soft Skills : MRP knowledge, Excel basic, Project Management
Demonstrate effective and consistent usage of company's operating model processes like daily management,MBR etc.
