Job Summary

You ll turn client briefs into working solutions.

Using

Airboards, Flicks, and Visual Agents, you ll design, prototype, and present proofs of concept that show clients what s possible, quickly. You ll sit between sales, product, design, and engineering.

What you ll do

- Understand client briefs and business goals, and map them to the right Flam product or combination of products.

- Build POCs fast, using modern AI tools, and take them from idea to client-ready delivery.

- Create research-driven decks covering strategy, use cases, and growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and sales to gather requirements and get POCs delivered.

- Present solutions to clients and internal teams with clear, confident articulation.

- Feed client learnings back to product (gaps, patterns, new use cases).

What we re looking for

- 3-6 years in design, creative technology, pre-sales, or a similar hybrid role.





- A design + tech background: you can think visually and also build.

- Hands-on fluency with AI tools (generative design, prototyping, and coding assistants).

- A portfolio of shipped POCs or prototypes, not just polished mockups.

- Solid written and verbal communication, and a habit of avoiding templated answers.

- Comfort with ambiguity and short turnarounds.
