Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, field visits and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Balizana software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features, benefits and ROI to prospects.
- Develop relationships with MSMEs, manufacturing companies, steel & power companies, EPC companies, traders, institutions and PSUs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal, follow-up and closure.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and convincing ability.
- Comfortable with cold calling and meeting prospective customers.
- Ability to understand and explain software products in simple business language.
- Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, cloud software or business applications will be an advantage.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or Business Development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
