Job Title: Software Implementor – Jewellery ERP

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end implementation of Jewellery ERP software by understanding business requirements, analyzing existing workflows, configuring the system, validating business processes, coordinating with development teams, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing end-user training and post-go-live support. Specialized in jewellery retail, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, POS, and sales operations.

1. Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis

- Gather and analyze business requirements from jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturing businesses.
- Understand existing business processes and map them to ERP functionalities.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.

1. Jewellery ERP Functional Implementation

- Implement and validate jewellery ERP modules, including:
- Customer, item, and design master management.
- Gold, silver, diamond, and precious-stone transactions.
- Purchase, procurement, and inventory management.
- Pre-tagging, tagging, and barcode management.
- Jewellery estimation, billing, and sales transactions.
- Gold rate fixing, purity, wastage, and jewellery costing.
- Old gold purchase and exchange processes.
- Job work, alteration, quality control, and melting.
- Repairs, customer schemes, and walk-in customer management.
- Point of Sale (POS)

1. Testing & UAT Management

- Prepare and execute functional, regression, and transaction-level test cases.
- Validate end-to-end business scenarios against client requirements.
- Coordinate UAT sessions with clients and business users.
- Identify defects, document issues, and coordinate with development teams until resolution.
- Support UAT clearance and implementation sign-off.

1. Data Migration & Validation

- Prepare, upload, and validate master data and opening balances.
- Verify item masters, design codes, stock quantities, metal purity, and inventory values.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency during migration and implementation.

1. User Training & Documentation

- Conduct end-user training, software demonstrations, and POS training sessions.
- Prepare user manuals, functional documentation, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Support users in understanding ERP workflows and following standard operating procedures.

1. Client Coordination & Issue Management

- Act as a functional bridge between clients, business users, and the development team.
- Analyze reported issues and communicate transparent functional requirements.




- Track implementation issues, dependencies, and pending client approvals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and timely resolution.

1. Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support

- Support system deployment, go-live activities, and initial business operations.
- Troubleshoot functional and transaction-related issues.
- Monitor system adoption and assist users in resolving operational challenges.
- Provide ongoing functional support and recommend process improvements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
