We are looking for a motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our CSN Office team. You will work on building, maintaining, and improving our digital platforms, internal tools, and customer-facing systems.

Role Overview

As the Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying software applications that support our business operations. You will work closely with management and other teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

This is a work-from-office role suited to someone who is hands-on, problem-solving oriented, and eager to build real-world software.

Key Responsibilities

- Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.

Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and functional back-end systems.

- Maintenance & Support

Troubleshoot, debug, and fix software issues in a timely manner.

Maintain existing applications and improve performance, security, and reliability.

Provide technical support to internal teams and users as needed.

- Testing & Deployment

Test applications thoroughly before deployment.

Assist in deploying applications to servers or cloud platforms.





Monitor systems post-deployment and resolve issues quickly.

- Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with management, designers, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Maintain clear documentation for code, systems, and processes.

Participate in team reviews, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing.

- Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.

Learn new tools and skills as required by projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java.

Web Development: Basic understanding of front-end and back-end development.

Database: Working knowledge of MySQL or similar databases.

Problem-Solving: Solid logical and analytical thinking skills.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work independently when required.

Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to pick up new technologies quickly.

Good to Have

Experience with frameworks such as React, Node.js, Laravel, or Django.

Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or CRM platforms.

Knowledge of Git / version control.

Basic understanding of API integration and cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

Experience building landing pages, forms, or lead-generation systems.

Knowledge of SEO basics or digital marketing tools.
