: Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and videos.
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Create captions, graphics, and short-form video content aligned with the brand.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Implement strategies to grow followers, reach, engagement, and channel visibility.
- Optimize YouTube videos with titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.




- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
- Suggest recent ideas and strategies to improve social media performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices.
- Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
