- Shooting Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Camera handling, lighting, framing and audio basics.
- Editing videos using suitable editing software.
- Adding subtitles, transitions, music and effects.
- Creating engaging promotional and educational videos.

4. YouTube Marketing

- YouTube channel management.
- Video titles, descriptions and thumbnail creation.
- YouTube Shorts optimization.
- Basic YouTube SEO and channel analytics.

5. Digital Marketing Fundamentals

- Introduction to SEO and keyword research.
- Basics of Meta Ads and Google Ads.




- Social media campaign planning.
- Competitor research and online brand promotion.
- Understanding reach, impressions, engagement and analytics.

6. AI Tools for Content Creation

- Using AI tools to generate content ideas.
- Writing captions, scripts and social media copy.
- Creating content calendars and marketing plans.
- Improving productivity with digital marketing tools.

Training & Internship Structure Phase 1: Training / Course

- Duration: 3–4 months.
- Learn social media marketing and content creation from the basics.
- Practical exercises and guided projects.
- No prior experience is required.
- No salary or stipend during the training/course period.

Phase 2: Internship

- Begins after successful completion of training and selection.
- Work on practical projects and live marketing activities.
- Apply social media marketing skills in real-world scenarios.
- Stipend will be provided during the internship as per institute policy.
- Stipend amount, working hours and internship duration will be communicated before the internship starts.

Internship selection and stipend eligibility will depend on successful completion of training, skills and performance.



Roles & Responsibilities During Internship

- Manage social media accounts for brands and businesses.
- Create and publish posts, Reels, Stories and YouTube Shorts.
- Design promotional creatives using Canva.
- Shoot and edit videos for social media.
- Write captions, hashtags and engaging content.
- Assist with SEO and digital marketing activities.
- Research competitors, trending topics and content ideas.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.

Eligibility Criteria

- 10+2, undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and beginners are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- No prior professional experience is required.
