We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern who can help strengthen our online visibility through engaging videos, AI-powered creatives and compelling social media content.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Intern who understands social media trends,

short-form video content and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera or creating face-led video content, using AI tools to develop creatives,

and writing engaging copy for different social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Plan, record and edit engaging reels, short-form videos and other

social media content, including face-led videos.
- AI-Generated Creatives: Use AI tools to create visually appealing graphics, images, videos

and other digital content.
- Copywriting: Write compelling captions, hooks, post descriptions, creative copy and calls

to action.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram,

LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Content Planning: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the company's

brand, objectives and communication strategy.
- Trend Research: Identify relevant social media trends, formats and content ideas to

improve audience engagement and reach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, reach, engagement and other





relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all published content follows the company's brand voice,

messaging and visual identity.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Ability and willingness to create face-led video content, including appearing on camera

when required.
- Experience using AI tools to generate social media creatives and content.
- Strong copywriting skills, including writing engaging captions, hooks and social media

posts.
- Basic to good video recording and editing skills, with knowledge of tools such as Canva,

CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar applications.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including their

content formats and engagement strategies.
- Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A portfolio of social media posts, videos or AI-generated creatives will be an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who can take an idea from concept to publication — researching the topic, creating

the content, writing the copy, publishing it and reviewing its performance.
- We value practical execution, creativity and the ability to use AI tools effectively to produce

quality content. Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Stipend : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on interview performance.

PPO Opportunity: A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be offered based on the intern's performance during the internship. The PPO is not guaranteed and will solely depend on overall performance and contribution during the internship.
