Whispering Homes is a home decor and lighting brand that brings together thoughtful design, functional beauty, and distinctive pieces to help people create spaces that feel like their own. We’re looking for a creative and curious Email Marketing Executive who can turn marketing ideas into engaging email campaigns that inspire our audience and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

Plan & Execute Email Campaigns: Conceptualise and execute engaging marketing emails around new launches, promotions, seasonal occasions, and curated product collections.

Creative Conceptualisation: Develop fresh email concepts, compelling subject lines, hooks, headlines, and CTAs that capture attention and encourage clicks.

Design Sensibility: Knowlege about design tools(Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) to create visually appealing emails that align with the Whispering Homes brand aesthetic.

Content & Storytelling: Translate product features, design inspirations, and customer needs into relevant email content that connects with our audience.

Campaign Analytics: Track basic email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue to understand what works and identify areas for improvement.

Audience Understanding: Explore ways to make emails more relevant through audience segmentation, customer preferences, and shopping behaviour.

Customer Journeys: Contribute to email workflows for different stages of the customer journey, such as welcome emails, abandoned carts, post-purchase communication,



and customer retention. Prior experience with workflows is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

6 months to 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a relevant role. Freshers with strong creative aptitude and relevant internships or projects are welcome.

A good understanding of marketing hooks, persuasive copy, subject lines, and calls to action.

An eye for design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.

Basic familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign analytics.

An interest in understanding customer behaviour and using data to improve campaign performance.

Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.

A proactive mindset, curiosity, and the ability to turn creative ideas into actionable campaigns.
