We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager who can understand clients' businesses, manage their social media presence, and plan content according to their industry, target audience, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand each client's business, industry, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives, videos, and posts.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and social media trends.
- Plan engaging content, including Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and promotional videos.
- Guide graphic designers and video editors with transparent creative ideas and requirements.
- Decide the best posting days and times based on audience insights and performance.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-action content.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Review creatives and videos before posting to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content planning and approvals.




- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, reach, and growth.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Good understanding of branding, content strategy, and social media trends.
- Strong creative thinking and content planning skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, AI tools, and video content trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
