We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, develop content strategies, and increase brand awareness and audience engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create engaging content.
- Write creative captions, post descriptions, and calls to action.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Manage comments, direct messages, and community interactions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing and business objectives.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth,



and conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand growth.

Required Skills
- 2–7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in content strategy, content calendars, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
