About the Role

Rabab Studios is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company's social media presence, develop engaging content strategies, and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Develop content calendars, social media strategies, and posting schedules.

- Coordinate with the creative team for reels, videos, graphics, and promotional content.

- Write engaging captions, copy, and platform-specific content.

- Monitor engagement, reach, and performance analytics.

- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies.

- Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages.





- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

- Excellent communication, writing, and content-planning skills.

- Understanding of reels, short-form videos, and digital content promotion.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
