Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to develop, execute, and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, growing online communities, and implementing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, graphics, and written posts.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.




- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality campaigns and promotional content.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, voice, and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Understanding of social media analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Solid organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
