Job Summary

We are looking for a social media skilled to manage the day-to-day execution of the project's social media activities, including content planning, publishing, coordination, community monitoring and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement the approved social media strategy and content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers and other creative teams.
- Manage scheduling and publishing across relevant social media platforms.
- Ensure that posts, captions, videos and other assets are published accurately and on time.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience responses and escalate sensitive matters.
- Track reach, engagement, audience growth and other agreed performance indicators.
- Maintain publishing schedules, approval records and performance reports.
- Coordinate campaign-specific content and timely updates with project teams.
- Ensure that published content follows approved messaging,



branding and platform guidelines.
- Identify operational improvements to increase content consistency and execution efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital campaign execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media calendars and multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics, scheduling tools, content workflows and community management.
- Strong written communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with large campaigns or public-sector communication will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A disciplined social media operator who can manage high-frequency content delivery, coordinate creative resources and produce accurate performance reports. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
