Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Profile Onboarding Executive to identify, contact, onboard, and maintain influencer and content creator profiles. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong creator database, collecting profile information, verifying details, and coordinating with creators to complete the onboarding process.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and approach influencers, content creators, and social media personalities for onboarding.
- Contact creators through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Explain company services, creator partnerships, and onboarding procedures.
- Collect and verify creator details, including social media links, audience information, engagement metrics, and contact details.
- Create and maintain accurate creator profiles and databases.




- Follow up with creators to complete registration, documentation, and profile submission.
- Coordinate with the Talent Management and Influencer Marketing teams for profile approval and further processing.
- Track daily onboarding activities, follow-ups, and completed profiles.
- Maintain professional relationships with creators and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to identify and communicate with influencers and content creators.
- Valuable follow-up, coordination, and database management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Experience Preferred Experience in influencer marketing, telecalling, creator onboarding, talent acquisition, customer relationship management, or social media coordination will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
