Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage artist databases, maintain talent portfolios, and ensure artist information is accurate, updated, and accessible to the internal team. The role focuses on profile documentation, portfolio preparation, data management, and coordination with the Artist Management team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the company's artist and talent database.
- Organize artist photographs, biographies, portfolios, showreels, and qualified details.
- Categorize artists based on talent, skills, content type, location, and collaboration suitability.
- Update social media profiles, audience statistics, achievements, and portfolio information.
- Prepare artist profile presentations and portfolios for brand and campaign requirements.
- Verify profile information and identify missing or outdated details.
- Coordinate with the Artist Management team to obtain updated artist information and materials.




- Maintain records of artist availability, profile status, and portfolio completion.
- Organize digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare regular reports on database updates, pending information, and profile status.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of artist records.

Required Skills

- Good organizational and data management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and document management.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital portfolios.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple artist profiles and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in portfolio coordination, documentation, artist management support, or social media profile maintenance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
