At Buzz works with 70+ brands across D2C, F&B;, fashion, real estate and EdTech.

The Mission:

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive who delivers on time, every time. You will come up with fresh, scroll-stopping content ideas for the brands you handle and turn them into finished posts and Reels. Every deliverable should go live on schedule and at the quality the brand expects. If you have strong ideas and the discipline to execute them, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creativity (The Core):

- Content Ideas: Bring original ideas every month: Reels concepts, hooks, trends, formats and campaign angles that make each brand stand out.
- Trend-Jacking: Spot trends early on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, and adapt them quickly to each brand’s voice.
- Copywriting: Write captions, hooks and CTAs that grab attention and match the brand’s tone.
- Mood Boards: Create mood boards for campaigns and shoots, covering aesthetic, colour palette, lighting and brand vibe.
- Hands-On Creation: Make stories, carousels and static creatives on Canva Pro. Edit Reels, BTS clips, subtitles and transitions on VN/CapCut.

2. Delivery (Non-Negotiable):

- Monthly Calendars: Have each brand’s calendar ready and client-approved before the month begins.
- On-Time Publishing: Make sure every post goes live on the scheduled date,



with no missed or delayed posts.
- Tight Briefs: Give Graphic Designers and Video Editors clear briefs with references, copy, audio and deadlines, so work comes back right the first time.
- Quality Check: Review every creative for brand fit, spelling, sizing and accuracy before it goes to the client.
- Deliverable Tracking: Track each brand’s monthly deliverables against scope, chase pending items and record approved work.

3. Coordination & Client Support:

- Share ad creatives and copy with the Performance Marketing team on time.
- Brief the Influencer team on brand communication and content requirements.
- Coordinate with Tech/SEO on website banners and content needs.
- Support the Account Manager on client feedback, approvals and calls.

4. Community & Reporting:

- Respond to comments and DMs, and flag sensitive issues quickly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement and growth, and note which content worked and why.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 years in social media marketing, preferably at an agency handling multiple brands.
- Creative Portfolio: Links to pages, Reels or campaigns you’ve created. Your ideas and execution matter more than your CV.
- Delivery Track Record: Comfortable handling several brands and deadlines at once without dropping anything.
- Tools: Canva Pro, VN/CapCut, Meta Business Suite and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Good written English for copy and briefs. Hindi or Bengali is an advantage.
- Mindset: Full of ideas, detail-oriented, takes ownership and doesn’t need chasing.

Bonus if You Have:

- Reels that went viral or performed well for a brand
- Experience with D2C, F&B;, fashion or real estate brands
- Basic photography or shoot coordination skills
