Rule of Growth is a luxury real estate performance marketing agency working with premium developers, channel partners and realtors across Bangalore, Kolkata and Dubai. We are hiring a Social Media Executive for our Kolkata office.

Urgent hiring: immediate joiners preferred (notice period up to 15 days). Freshers welcome

Experience: Fresher to 2 years (internships and project work count)

Location: Kolkata (Onsite, Full time)

Reports to: Founder & CEO

Key Responsibilities

- Plan monthly social media content calendars for clients and our own pages
- Create reels and short videos for brand promotion
- Manage client accounts: posting, replies and community engagement
- Grow followers, reach and enquiries through organic strategies
- Present content plans and monthly performance to clients
- Share weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement and follower growth




- Follow trends and platform updates on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

Skills Required
- Social media content calendar planning
- Fluent spoken English and confident presentation skills
- Organic growth on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Good written English for captions and scripts
- Basic Canva or similar design tool
- Plus point: video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Interest in luxury real estate marketing
