Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Plan and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns.

- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, creatives, and promotional content.

- Handle SEO activities, keyword research, and website optimization.

- Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage YouTube channel growth, video uploads, titles, descriptions, and SEO.

- Perform video editing for reels, shorts, and promotional videos.

- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.

- Analyse insights and prepare regular performance reports.

- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and social media analytics.

- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and video editing.

- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Knowledge of Google tools and digital marketing analytics.

- Creative thinking, communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
