Paul & Shini Architects is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience and a good understanding of SEO. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, social media content creation, and building a strong online presence for the brand.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, implementing SEO strategies, and supporting the company's digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with the brand's marketing goals.
- Create engaging captions, post content, reels, stories, and other digital content.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs,



and social media posts.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
- Support local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to maintain consistent brand communication.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Robust writing, communication, and content-planning skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
