Social Media Executive – Video Content & Editing

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive with strong mobile videography, video editing, and content creation skills. The candidate should be able to shoot high-quality videos inside the clinic, edit engaging Instagram Reels, create social media content, and help strengthen Lumea's online presence.

This role is ideal for someone who understands current social media trends and can independently handle content creation from shooting to final posting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Shooting & Content Creation

- Shoot high-quality videos using an iPhone or mobile phone.
- Record doctor videos, treatment explanations, patient testimonials, clinic walkthroughs, and promotional content.
- Understand camera angles, lighting, framing, audio, and composition.
- Plan and execute short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Capture before-and-after treatment content with appropriate patient consent.

2. Video Editing

- Edit professional and engaging Reels and short videos.
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, voiceovers, text overlays, and suitable effects.
- Create hooks and engaging openings to improve audience retention.
- Use editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
- Maintain consistent branding, video quality, and visual style.

3. On-site Content Production

- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and the clinic team for video shoots.




- Regularly capture content inside the clinic.
- Organise raw footage, edited videos, and content files.
- Ensure patient privacy and obtain consent before filming or publishing patient-related content.

4. Creative Ideas & Performance

- Suggest new content ideas to increase brand awareness, enquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Study competitors and successful social media pages in the aesthetics and hair transplant industry.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills
- Good mobile videography and video editing skills.
- Practical knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, sound, and camera settings.
- Creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to coordinate with doctors and staff.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience in video shooting, editing, or social media content creation.
- Experience with healthcare, beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Important: A strong portfolio demonstrating actual video shooting and editing skills is more important than academic qualifications. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
