Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media platforms, create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and improve audience engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule and publish social media posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, content copies and relevant hashtags.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and marketing teams for content creation.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities and audience preferences.
- Monitor performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement and follower growth.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.




- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and paid promotions, if required.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong content writing, creativity and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination, time management and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Experience

0-1 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
