Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media accounts, create engaging content, increase online visibility, and support digital marketing activities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, videos, and other engaging content.
- Prepare social media content calendars and ensure regular posting.
- Write creative captions, descriptions, and hashtags.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content creation.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement on social media platforms.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and new content ideas.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand awareness activities.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze engagement,



reach, followers, and other performance metrics.
- Ensure that all content follows company branding and communication guidelines.
- Assist with paid social media campaigns when required.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
- Good writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Knowledge of hashtags, reels, stories, and social media trends.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Freshers with positive social media knowledge and creativity can also apply.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
