Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage, maintain, and develop social media strategies for Niketa Ma’am’s personal profile and Design Alma.

The role will also involve handling the social media presence of our hospitality brands, including SP Motels, SP Kitchen, Kiesh Hospitality, Adara Banquets, Blah!,

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media profiles across all active platforms.

Develop and execute content strategies to build brand presence, reach, and engagement. Create and publish engaging Reels, Stories, posts, and other social media content.

Capture in office content, including day-to-day activities, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand experiences.

Plan content calendars, write captions, identify trends, and coordinate content shoots.

Handle audience engagement, monitor performance,



and suggest improvements based on insights.

Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and timely execution.

Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.

Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Basic photography, videography, and video-editing skills.

Strong creative, communication, and copywriting skills.

Ability to develop content strategies and manage multiple brand accounts. Comfortable with an on-site role and capturing content as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
