Role Description The Social Media Content Creator role at ZYNFO DIGITAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on meme-driven and trend-based content.

Responsibilities include generating creative concepts, writing captions and scripts, collaborating with designers and video editors, and coordinating with influencers to produce cohesive campaigns.

The Social Media Content

Creator will monitor platform trends, track performance metrics, and refine content strategies to grow audience reach and engagement. The role also requires active participation in brainstorming sessions and close collaboration with the marketing team to align content with brand goals.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting for posts, captions, and short-form scripts.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of meme culture, current digital trends, and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok/Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.).
- Candidates should possess experience in basic content planning and strategy, including scheduling posts and aligning concepts with campaign objectives.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with influencer marketing workflows, such as briefing creators, reviewing content, and coordinating social media collaborations.
- Candidates should possess basic visual and video literacy, including working effectively with designers/editors and using simple tools for reels or story creation.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative workplace on-site in Mumbai.
- Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation for agencies or brands is beneficial; a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
