GLV Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator & Reel Creator who can create engaging short-form videos, appear on camera, and present ideas in an influencer-style format.

We are looking for someone who understands Instagram Reels, trending content, storytelling, hooks, and audience engagement. Candidates with an active personal Instagram account and a strong portfolio of self-created Reels will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera and creating content around websites, CRM solutions, AI automation, technology, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos, including influencer-style content.
- Appear on camera and confidently present ideas, explain services, and deliver scripts.
- Research trends, viral formats, hooks, and creative content ideas.
- Write scripts, captions, and content concepts for Reels.
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos for social media platforms.
- Create educational, promotional, entertaining, and personal-brand-style content.
- Manage and improve content quality, consistency, and audience engagement.
- Develop creative ways to explain technology services in straightforward language.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of practical experience in Reel creation, video content, or social media content creation.
- Strong on-camera presence,



communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating Reels independently, from concept to final video.
- Knowledge of Instagram trends, storytelling, hooks, and audience engagement.
- Basic to advanced video-editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Creativity, confidence, and the ability to deliver content without constant supervision.
- An active personal Instagram profile or a strong showreel demonstrating original content is highly preferred.

How We Will Evaluate Candidates
- Personal Instagram Profile: Review the candidate’s existing Reels and content style.
- On-Camera Confidence: Assess speaking skills, expressions, presentation, and delivery.
- Content Quality: Evaluate hooks, storytelling, editing, and overall creativity.
- Originality: Check whether the candidate personally created and presented the content.
- Practical Skills: Candidates may be asked to create a short sample Reel during the selection process.

Candidates should share their CV, personal Instagram profile link, and portfolio/showreel when applying.

Salary

₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on practical skills and content quality. Maximum salary: ₹25,000 per month.

Important: We are looking for a hands-on Reel creator, not just someone who schedules posts or manages social media accounts. Practical video creation skills, on-camera confidence, and the quality of the candidate’s actual work will be the main selection criteria.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
