Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have creative storytelling skills, and be capable of creating content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, videos, stories, carousels and posts.
- Write video scripts, captions, hooks and promotional content.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for brands and marketing campaigns.
- Research trending topics, audio, hashtags and content formats.
- Create content for different industries, brands and target audiences.
- Coordinate with the marketing and graphic design teams to execute content plans.
- Assist in preparing and following monthly content calendars.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
- Monitor content performance, including reach, views, engagement and shares.
- Maintain brand consistency and deliver content within deadlines.

Required Skills




- Good creativity and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Understanding of trending Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot or similar tools.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Willingness to learn new content formats and marketing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with a portfolio of Reels, videos or social media posts will be preferred.
- Experience with smartphone videography, scripting or on-camera presentation is an advantage.
- Freshers with creativity, confidence and a strong interest in content creation are welcome.
