Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours)

Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days per week working from cafés in Hauz Khas, Delhi, and 2 days per week working from home.

Location: Hauz Khas Market, Delhi, Delhi

Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

Location Preference: Delhi-based candidates are preferred due to the hybrid working arrangement.

Relocation Support: Relocation assistance will not be provided.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to support our marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and engage our target audience across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have an interest in social media trends, content creation, digital marketing, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional creatives.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, industry updates, and competitor activities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Assist in writing marketing copy, promotional messages, blogs, and other content as required.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic engagement and analytics reports.
- Collaborate with the design, content,



and business development teams to align marketing activities with company goals.
- Explore creative ideas to improve audience engagement and generate leads.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, digital marketing tools, and AI-powered content creation platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of content writing, video editing, or social media analytics is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
