GrowBro AI is a growing SaaS and AI company building intelligent solutions that help businesses automate customer engagement, sales, support, and growth.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Social Media & Brand Growth Intern who wants hands-on experience in building a brand, creating engaging content, and growing a company's social media presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, and stories.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the GrowBro AI brand.
- Research trending topics, hooks, content formats, and competitor strategies.
- Write video scripts, captions, and creative content.
- Collaborate with the founders and team on founder-led and product-focused content.
- Participate in content ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and online presence.
- Experiment with new content formats and organic growth strategies.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand building.
- Confidence and comfort in front of the camera.
- Good communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, hooks, and CTAs.
- Willingness to take initiative and execute ideas independently.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
- Interest in SaaS, AI, technology,



and startup culture.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers are welcome. We value creativity, execution, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

- Monday–Wednesday: Work from office
- Thursday: Work from home
- Friday: Work from office
- Saturday: Work from home

The role requires regular office attendance on the designated days and independent execution on work-from-home days.

This is a hands-on internship where you will learn by doing. You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, experiment with content, and take ownership of assigned tasks rather than simply follow instructions.

Please ensure you can commute to our Rohini, Delhi office on the designated office days.
