Crowdstrike experience, dispositioning alerts in Crowdstrike and full understanding on how to investigate Security Alerts.

Expertise in SIEM, DLP and Email Phish disposition of alerts. Hands on experience.

Security Certifications from defensive and offensive side if possible.

The "Cybersecurity Lead" will be a strategic and technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity operations. This role will oversee incident response, threat detection, compliance frameworks, and security monitoring infrastructureensuring proactive defense against evolving cyber threats. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert with deep technical proficiency in SIEM, log analysis, incident handling, and security policy implementation.

They will lead a team of security analysts, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on cyber risk and resilience.

Role and Responsibility

- Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of the organizations Incident Response (IR) Plan. - Serve as Incident Commander during major security events; coordinate containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis.



- Maintain a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) readiness model and ensure SLAs are met. - review and tune real-time correlation rules, alerts, and dashboards for threat detection. - Perform regular tuning and false-positive reduction to improve detection accuracy. - Lead the triage, classification, escalation, and documentation of security events. - Automate ingestion and enrichment of threat data into SIEM and SOAR platforms. - Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to maintain a robust data protection framework. - Develop, review, and update information security policies, standards, and operational procedures. - Ensure policies reflect current threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security analysts and junior engineers. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence. - Promote knowledge sharing through documentation, playbooks, and internal workshops.
