About SNH:

SNH (SpectoV National Hackathon) is SpectoV’s national hackathon and a stage in our hiring process. We are looking for a coordinator to keep participant communication, groups, and data running smoothly.

Duration: 2 months

Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate day-to-day SNH event activities and participant communication.
2. Create and manage WhatsApp groups for participants, colleges and teams.
3. Handle participant data: collect, organise, update and keep it accurate.
4. Share event updates and announcements on time.
5. Work with the SpectoV team and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

1. Experience in event management.
2. Experience creating and managing WhatsApp groups.
3. Experience in data handling (spreadsheets or similar tools).
4. Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Reliable and able to meet deadlines in a remote setup.
