- Act as the domain expert on Internal Audit and Risk Management during Aurex implementations, from requirements gathering through go live.
- Translate client audit methodologies, risk frameworks, and workflows into Aurex configurations (audit universe, risk registers, control libraries, workflows, reports and dashboards).
- Run client workshops, demos, UAT sessions, and end-user training.
- Advise clients on aligning their processes with frameworks such as the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards, COSO ERM, and ISO 31000.
- Prepare implementation documents, including BRDs, configuration workbooks, training materials, and user guides.
- Work with the product and technical teams to raise enhancements and resolve issues.
- Support pre-sales activities, including product demos and solution proposals.
- Independently executing assignments or monitoring the assignments (Typical assignments comprise of conducting reviews of systems, internal controls -Internal Audit and Internal financial controls, re-engineering processes, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, Enterprise Risk Management).
- Delivering expected profitability by utilization of the Team deployed on the project.
- Effectively delivering tasks on projects as guided by the management team.
- Meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround time.
- Prospecting for recent business by using the client relationships.




- Building client relationships via past associations or by active marketing efforts.
- Ensuring compliances to company s or organization s policies and procedures.
- Travelling outside the city as necessary to meet client needs.

Key_skills_required

- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or GRC consulting. (Manufacturing / Real Estate / Retail / Hospitality / Health Care / Finance Service / Media / Technology and others).
- Prior experience in GRC, audit, or risk technology implementation or digital transformation projects (Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream, AuditBoard, or TeamMate is also relevant).
- Previous work experience in the GCC, preferably [UAE / KSA], with familiarity with regional regulatory expectations preferred.
- Working knowledge of the IIA Standards, COSO, ISO 31000, and the Three Lines Model.
- Strong client facing, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRMA, or ACCA/CA are preferred (Not mandatory).
- Arabic is an advantage.
