Matoshree Interiors is a growing organization engaged in building construction, road and infrastructure development, interior design and execution, and allied civil engineering works. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and hardworking candidates to join our team as Site Supervisors. Freshers with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in construction site management are encouraged to apply.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per instructions from the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
- Monitor the attendance, discipline, and productivity of workers and labour contractors.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the availability and consumption of construction materials at the site.
- Maintain proper records of labour attendance, material receipts, material consumption, and daily work progress.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports (DPR) to the concerned Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor material wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers for smooth execution of site activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safe working conditions at the site.
- Report site issues, labour shortages, material requirements, and work delays to the concerned senior staff.
- Follow company policies, safety instructions, reporting procedures, and site discipline.




- Assist in measuring completed work and maintaining site documentation as required.

1. Educational Qualification

- Graduation in any field from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in construction, site management, and fieldwork will be preferred.

1. Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile-based reporting will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily site activities.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of construction activities is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
- Ability to work at construction sites and travel to project locations as required.
- Strong focus on teamwork, productivity, safety, and timely completion of work.

- Timely completion of assigned daily activities.
- Proper monitoring of labour attendance and productivity.
- Accurate and timely submission of daily progress reports.
- Effective material utilization and reduction of wastage.
- Compliance with safety rules and site discipline.
- Smooth coordination with the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
