Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager or Site Engineer.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.

- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

- Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and project specifications.

- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material records, and work progress updates.

- Ensure proper implementation of safety rules and regulations at the site.

- Identify site-related issues and report delays, material shortages,



or technical problems to the concerned authority.

- Coordinate with engineers and other departments to resolve site execution issues.

- Check the quality of workmanship and report any deviations or defects for corrective action.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain cleanliness at the construction site.

- Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.

- Follow up with contractors and workers to ensure that assigned work is completed within the stipulated timeline.

- Perform any other site-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
