Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily activities at The Thrills Fun Park. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, checking maintenance and construction work, ensuring workplace safety, and maintaining proper coordination between workers, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Monitor construction, repair, maintenance, and other site-related activities.
- Assign daily tasks to workers and supervise their performance.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety at the site.
- Check the quality of materials and work performed by labourers and contractors.
- Ensure workers follow safety rules and use necessary safety equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and management.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily records of worker attendance, materials used, and work progress.
- Inspect the site regularly and report any damage, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Supervise plumbing, electrical, civil repair, and general maintenance activities.
- Ensure that water park facilities, entertainment areas, and surrounding premises are properly maintained.




- Handle site-related problems and immediately report major issues to management.
- Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed according to company instructions and quality standards.

Educational Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or any relevant technical qualification will be preferred.
- Candidates with practical experience in site supervision may also be considered.

Experience Required
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in site supervision, construction, maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial buildings, resorts, water parks, or construction projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of site supervision and maintenance work.
- Ability to manage labourers and coordinate with contractors.
- Basic understanding of civil, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain daily reports and site records.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to work responsibly and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to manage workers and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Willing to work in office and coordinate with different departments.
- Capable of identifying site problems and taking appropriate action.

Work Location: The Thrills Fun Park, Begusarai, Bihar. Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
