Location: Ferroart Interiors Pvt ltd, Hingna, Nagpur

Experience: 1-5 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply)

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Salary: 15000 to 20000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering to oversee construction activities, ensure quality control, and manage on-site execution as per project requirements. The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor construction progress and address any technical or operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate site records, including material usage, labor reports, and progress updates.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Assist in resolving site-related challenges and reporting updates to senior management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.




- Verify and check measurements for billing and documentation purposes.
- Manage communication between different stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and clients.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of site documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and site-related software is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
