Job Summary We are URGENTLY seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor to manage daily operations at our construction job sites. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintaining quality control across all phases of execution. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid technical background in interpreting blueprints and managing construction workflows. Core Responsibilities

- On-Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily activities of construction workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors to ensure productive output. [1, 2]
- Project Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines against the schedule,



flagging potential delays and implementing corrective actions alongside the Project Manager. [1, 2]
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (including proper use of PPE), conduct routine safety hazard inspections, and execute standard accident protocols if an incident occurs. [1, 2]
- Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work and incoming materials to verify compliance with architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, and regulatory building codes. [1, 2, 3]
- Resource & Inventory Management: Track material usage to prevent waste, manage procurement logs, and coordinate the timely delivery of tools and supplies. [1, 2, 3]
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate detailed daily progress reports (DPRs), maintain logs of on-site conditions, track roadblock metrics, and verify labor attendance records. [1, 2, 3]
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary on-site intermediary between the field crew, engineers, architects, clients, and back-office management. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
