Job Title: Site Manager – Interior Works

About the Role

Wondurwall Interiors is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should have strong site management skills, knowledge of interior execution, and the ability to coordinate workers and ensure projects are completed on time with excellent quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other contractors.
- Read and understand interior design drawings and working plans.
- Monitor project progress, labour, materials, and deadlines.
- Ensure quality workmanship and proper execution of designs.
- Coordinate with interior designers, vendors, clients, and project teams.
- Track material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness,



and work quality.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site management or interior project execution.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, furniture, carpentry, and finishing work.
- Ability to understand measurements and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
