Matoshree Interiors is a growing organization engaged in interior design and execution, building construction, road and infrastructure development, and allied civil engineering works. We are looking for motivated and responsible Site Engineers to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute daily site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage site work related to building construction, roads and infrastructure, and interior projects.
- Read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Monitor labour, subcontractors, materials, tools, and machinery at the project site.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, contractors, vendors, and other departments.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenses.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site records, measurement books, and work completion reports.
- Check quantities, dimensions, levels, alignments, and workmanship as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
- Identify site issues, report delays, and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve technical and execution-related problems.
- Support project planning, billing measurements, quantity estimation, and material requirements.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities within the approved budget and project timeline.

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant interior execution or construction experience will be preferred.

1. Experience & Skills

- Experienced Candidates: 2–5 years of experience in site execution, preferably in building construction, roads and infrastructure, or interior projects.
- Freshers: Candidates with a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and basic technical knowledge can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage site activities, labour, and materials effectively.
- Willingness to work at project locations as assigned by the company.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, cost control, and timely execution.
