· Execute HVAC and MEP projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
· Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
· Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
· Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
· Coordinate material planning and site resources.
Technical Knowledge
· AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, ERUs
· Chillers, Pumps, VRF/VRV Systems
· Ducting, chilled water piping, condensate drain
· HT/LT Systems, Panels, DBs, Cable Trays
· DG Sets, UPS, Earthing, Lighting, Fire Alarm Systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
