Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, project specifications and timelines. The candidate should have practical knowledge of civil construction, drawing interpretation, colour schemes, finishing work and site measurements.

Key Responsibilities

· Interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings and ensure accurate execution at site.

· Supervise civil works, including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting and finishing..

· Monitor site progress, manpower, material requirements and work schedules.

· Inspect dimensions, levels, alignment, workmanship and material quality.

· Verify site measurements, executed quantities, BOQ items and subcontractor bills.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams to resolve site issues.

· Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, measurement sheets and snag lists.

· Ensure compliance with site safety standards,



housekeeping and project quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

· Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

· 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction site execution and supervision.

· Positive understanding of civil drawings, construction methods, finishing work and quantity measurements.

· Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidates

· Candidates with experience in residential, commercial or industrial construction projects.

· Candidates with hands-on experience in drawing interpretation, colour coordination and finishing activities.

· Candidates familiar with BOQ, site measurements, subcontractor billing and quality inspections.

· Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

Job Location

Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The candidate must be willing to work at the project site.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
