Role Description The Site Engineer role at Heben Cranes is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot.

The Site

Engineer will oversee crane installation, erection, and commissioning activities, ensuring that work is executed according to structural and civil engineering standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with project managers and technicians, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role also involves reviewing technical drawings, resolving on-site issues, maintaining project documentation, and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget,



and in line with company specifications.

Qualifications

- Strong on-site supervision skills with experience coordinating site activities and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Experience in quality control, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to engineering specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles, preferably related to heavy equipment or crane structures, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Background as a civil engineer or related engineering discipline, with practical exposure to construction or industrial project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software, as well as basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and solve technical problems in a fast-paced site workplace.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices for crane or heavy equipment installations.
