- Establish and maintain centralized filing systems, revision logs, and document distribution registers for all incoming and outgoing project files.
- Track drawings, layouts, joinery details, material submittals, and method statements to prevent execution delays.
- Manage the Request for Information (RFI) workflow between site engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring timely responses.
- QA/QC team in archiving inspection requests (IRs), test reports, snag lists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly documentation status reports, and assemble final project handover/as-built packages.
- Ensure that only the latest client-approved or consultant-approved drawings and specifications are active
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
