Role: Site Engineer
Job Location: Alwarpet, Chennai, Work from Office

Skill Required: Site supervision, BOQ review, Inventory and labour records (DLR / DPR), Safety and PPE compliance, Contractor and vendor monitoring, Site documentation
What does a well-run site look like at 8 am?
You will keep site operations moving: progress on schedule, materials accounted for, contractors performing and safety non-negotiable.
What are we looking for?
- Hands-on site experience with contractors and labour teams
- Discipline with daily reporting (DLR and DPR)
- Commitment to safety, aiming for zero major violations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all site activities against project timelines
- Finalise schedules with Project Executives and contractors
- Review the BOQ and identify additional site requirements early
- Maintain site inventory, daily labour reports and instrument calibration records
- Check work quality against the BOQ and drawings
- Monitor contractor performance for quality and safety
- Arrange PPE and enforce site safety protocols
- Report progress and challenges to the Project Executive daily
- Maintain site documentation, including minutes and timeline charts
- Facilitate site audits and vendor evaluations
