1) Project Planning and Design:

Collaborate with architects and other engineers to plan and design the layout of the construction on site.

Analyse site conditions, including soil quality and environmental impact.

2) Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that the construction activities comply with local and state Regulations.

Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.

3) Construction Supervision:

Oversee the construction process, monitoring progress and quality of work.

Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to coordinate activities.

4) Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and methods meet industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues that may arise during construction.

5) Budget Management:

Assist in preparing and managing the budget for the construction project.

Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the construction on process.

6) Risk Assessment:





Identify potential risks and challenges related to the construction on site and develop mitigation strategies.

7) Communication:

Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and construction on teams.

Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.

8) Problem Solving:

Tackle unexpected challenges and solve problems that may arise during construction.

Adapt plans as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

9) Safety Management:

Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work setting.

Conduct safety inspections and address any safety issues promptly.

10) Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, inspections, and any changes to the original plans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
