Site Engineer with 2+ years of work experience required at a reputed real estate organisation located in Mumbai.

Candidates with experience in commercial / residential construction projects will be preferred.

JD:

- Supervise and manage site execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works at project sites.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections, snagging, and defect rectification.
- Monitor material requirements, manpower deployment, and daily site progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate project handovers.
