We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our site execution team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in project engineering, with a strong focus on site execution. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.

- Coordinate with the site manager and project team to ensure project goals are met.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.

- Supervise and inspect site works to ensure compliance with design and technical requirements.

- Manage and resolve any site issues or conflicts that arise during the execution of the project.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.

- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Perform quality control checks and ensure all materials used meet project standards.





- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and site conditions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in project engineering, preferably with a focus on site execution.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in construction.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
