: Site Accountant & Store KeeperPosition Overview

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Site Accountant cum Store Keeper to manage daily financial tracking, inventory control, and store operations directly at our project site. In this dual role, you will ensure accurate bookkeeping of site expenses, properly maintain store inventory, and track incoming and outgoing materials.

Key Details

- Job Title: Site Accountant / Store Keeper
- Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shift)
- Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Key Responsibilities1. Site Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate daily logs of site expenses, petty cash, and payments.
- Check, verify, and process site bills, vendor invoices, and labor vouchers.
- Prepare daily/weekly site financial reports for the head office or management.
- Manage local material purchases and ensure proper billing compliance.

2. Store & Inventory Management

- Manage receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of site materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain complete stock registers, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and material issue slips.




- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with register entries.
- Ensure proper layout, organization, and security of materials in the store.
- Monitor minimum stock levels to prevent delays due to material shortages.

3. Vendor & Coordination Duties

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers for material delivery schedules.
- Inspect incoming materials for quantity and damage before accepting deliveries.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Site Accountant, Store Keeper, or Inventory Assistant (construction/manufacturing site experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Key Skills: Strong numerical ability, honest and disciplined work ethic, good organizational skills, and transparent communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
