This is a multi-skilled role combining site support, administration and logistics. The incumbent will be the companys on-ground representative in Mumbai. He will manage administrative and material-movement tasks independently and will drive the Director during his visits to Mumbai.
1. Arrange and supervise the shifting of materials, tools and equipment between sites, stores and suppliers.
2. Handle bank, statutory office and client-office visits for document submission and collection.
3. Driving
- Drive the Director to sites, client meetings and other engagements during his visits to Mumbai.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy and serviced, and that its documents (insurance, PUC, fitness) are current.
- Use the vehicle for official errands at other times, as approved.
